A family office is a private wealth management structure that coordinates all aspects of a family's financial life under one roof — investments, taxes, estate planning, legal structure, insurance, philanthropy, and more. Traditionally, family offices were only accessible to families with $100M+ in assets.

Grand Vision Family Office makes this same coordinated approach accessible to first-generation wealth builders — without requiring a nine-figure net worth to get started.

GVFO is designed for first-generation wealth builders — professionals, business owners, and investors who are making good money and doing the right things, but feel like there's a missing playbook.

Our members tend to share a few things in common:

  • They're earning well but feel their financial strategy is fragmented
  • They want coordinated guidance, not just another product to buy
  • They care about building wealth that lasts — for their family and beyond
  • They understand the value of community and peer accountability

Our primary audience is physicians and high-income professionals, though we welcome any accredited investor who fits the profile above.

Traditional financial advisors are typically limited to the products their firm is licensed to offer — usually mutual funds, insurance, and public securities. They earn commissions on what they sell, and their advice rarely extends beyond investments.

Grand Vision Family Office is a coordinated framework, not a product sale. We look at your entire financial picture — taxes, legal structure, estate planning, investments, and cash flow — and help you make decisions that work together rather than in isolation.

Most of our members have had financial advisors for years. They join GVFO because they want the bigger picture coordinated.

Membership includes:

  • Blueprint Session — a comprehensive financial review and custom roadmap
  • Dedicated expert who knows your complete financial picture
  • Quarterly check-ins to keep your plan on track
  • Expert network access — CPAs, estate attorneys, insurance specialists
  • Private investment access — GV Wealth Fund and GV Cash Flow Fund
  • Annual strategy review as your life and goals evolve
  • Member community — two retreats per year, peer network

The Family Office membership itself does not require accredited investor status. However, access to our private investment funds — the GV Wealth Fund and GV Cash Flow Fund — does require accreditation as defined by the SEC.

Accredited investors generally meet one of the following criteria:

  • Net worth exceeding $1 million, excluding primary residence
  • Annual income over $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly) for the past two years
  • Certain professional certifications (Series 7, Series 65, Series 82)

Not sure if you qualify? Contact us and we'll walk you through it.

The Blueprint Session is a comprehensive deep-dive into your complete financial picture. We cover income and cash flow, tax exposure, investment portfolio, estate and legacy structure, insurance and protection gaps, and business interests if applicable.

Most people have never had all of these areas examined together in one conversation. The Blueprint Session gives you clarity on where you stand, what's costing you, and what opportunities you're missing — along with a customized roadmap for the year ahead.

The Blueprint Session is how every membership begins. It ensures we know your full picture before making any recommendations.

We host two retreats per year — a Spring Annual Meeting and a Fall Family Retreat. Past locations have included the Grand Tetons, Nashville, Phoenix, and Denver.

The retreats are designed to be part education, part strategy, and part genuine human connection. Members consistently tell us the retreats are the most valuable part of the membership — not because of what they learn, but because of who they meet and what those conversations unlock.

Family members are welcome at the Fall Retreat. The Spring Annual Meeting is typically member-focused.

The first step is reviewing our membership options and reaching out to schedule a conversation with our team. There's no pressure and no obligation — just an honest conversation about whether GVFO is the right fit for where you are and where you want to go.
