Welcome to The Physicians Financial Summit and The Chicago Financial Summit (collectively referred to herein as "the Summit"). These events are managed and hosted by Grand Vision Capital Group LLC ("GVCG"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company. The websites associated with the events are thephysiciansfinancialsummit.com and chicagofinancialsummit.com.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Summit, you ("Attendee" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Summit.

Intellectual Property Rights

All material presented at the Summit, including but not limited to speeches, presentations, handouts, workshops, and any other content, is the property of Grand Vision Capital Group LLC ("GVCG") and is protected by copyright laws. The materials encompass GVCG's trade secrets and proprietary information. Attendees may not record, share, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Summit without the express written consent of GVCG.

Nature of the Event

The Summit is a financial education event and workshop that provides a platform for guest speakers to share their opinions and knowledge. The information presented by the speakers represents their individual opinions and not those of GVCG. The content provided at the Summit is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial or legal advice. Attendees are encouraged to verify the information with their professional advisors.

Media Consent

By agreeing to these Terms, attendees grant GVCG full permission to capture and use photographs, videos, and other forms of media recordings taken during the Summit. Attendees understand that GVCG has the right to use such media in future publications, promotional materials, and other content publicly without further permission or compensation.

Event Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Summit is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, acts of terrorism, or other emergencies, GVCG will offer attendees a credit for the next event. No refunds will be issued.

Money-Back Guarantee

GVCG offers a money-back guarantee under the following conditions: If an Attendee attends the Summit for both days and feels that they have not received value equal to the price of the ticket, they may request a refund within three days following the event. The request must include written feedback on what the Attendee expected to receive but did not. Refund requests are to be submitted via email to [email protected].

Copyright Notice

All aspects of the Summit, including but not limited to its content, materials, presentations, and branding, are copyright protected and owned by GVCG. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Ticket Cancellation by Attendee

Tickets are non-refundable. If an Attendee must cancel their ticket, GVCG will offer a credit to a future Summit.

Purchase Agreement and Chargeback Policy

By finalizing the ticket purchase and selecting the checkbox at checkout, you agree to these Terms. You acknowledge that this purchase is final and agree not to initiate a chargeback with your credit card company as an attempt to circumvent these Terms. Any legal action taken to enforce these Terms may result in GVCG seeking attorney fees and legal costs from the party initiating such action.

Indemnification, Hold Harmless, and Release of Liability

Attendees agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grand Vision Capital Group LLC (GVCG), its officers, employees, speakers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action that may arise from or in connection with their participation in The Physicians Financial Summit and The Chicago Financial Summit. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, death, or property damage experienced during the Summit, as well as any financial decisions or actions taken subsequent to the event.

Attendees acknowledge that they are attending the Summit at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold GVCG harmless against any liability or expense arising from claims of negligence or wrongful acts related to the Summit. Furthermore, attendees acknowledge that GVCG is not responsible for any financial losses or damages resulting from the application of information provided during the Summit, and agree to indemnify GVCG against any legal actions related to such financial decisions.

By agreeing to these terms, attendees confirm their understanding that they are relinquishing any right to bring a lawsuit against GVCG for any reason related to the Summit, and they agree to compensate GVCG for any legal fees, damages, or other expenses incurred in defending such claims.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

GVCG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Attendees will be notified of any changes should the change occur after the time of ticket purchase.
