Schedule yard and snow maintenance.

It doesn't matter what month of the year, there is maintenance that needs to be done.

In Northwest Indiana, if we aren't cutting grass, we are shoveling snow.

It is important to contact a trustworthy company to handle these maintenance items. Most of the companies will take care of both the grass and the snow.

The reason it is important to hire a trustworthy company is because there is liability to having someone work on your property. You want to make sure they have the proper liability insurance policy in place and worker's compensation if they have employees.

Not to mention, you don't want them to make any mistakes and cause damage to the property.

Make sure you get this scheduled as soon as possible because the grass will grow quickly. If it gets too long, the town will cut it for you and may put a lien against the property for doing so.

You may contact us for the companies that we recommend. We don't post them publicly here because sometimes our list needs to change and we want to make sure that you have the most current list.

It took a lot of hard work to bring this house in Lowell back to life. It was on a beautiful 2 acre property, but the yard quickly grew out of control when it wasn’t maintained properly.
