How Grand Vision collects, uses, and protects the personal and financial information you share with us.

Effective Date: July 13, 2026
Section 01

Who We Are

Grand Vision Family Office LLC (“Grand Vision,” “GVFO,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) provides investment access, wealth strategy, and financial reporting services to a limited number of member families.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information across our website, our investment offerings, and our client financial reporting platform — including financial account information we access through Plaid. It applies to visitors to grandvision.co, prospective and current investors, and members who use our reporting platform.

Section 02

What We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services. That falls into three buckets:

Information you give us: Your name, email, phone number, and any details you share when you contact us, book a call, or fill out a form. If you move toward investing, we’ll also collect the financial information needed to verify accredited investor status under SEC rules, plus supporting documentation as required.

Information collected automatically: Basic technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, and how you got here. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Financial account information (via Plaid): If you are a member using our reporting platform and choose to connect a financial account, we receive read-only account information, balances, transactions, and statements from your financial institution. We never receive or store your online banking username or password. See Your Financial Accounts & Plaid below for exactly how this works.

Section 03

Your Financial Accounts & Plaid

To keep your books and prepare your financial reports, we let you securely connect your financial accounts using Plaid Inc. (“Plaid”), a trusted data-connectivity provider used by thousands of financial apps.

When you link an account through Plaid Link, you authenticate directly with your financial institution — we never see, receive, or store your online banking credentials. Plaid then provides us with read-only account details, balances, transactions, and statements.

Our access is read-only. We use connected-account data solely to categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare the reports and dashboard available to you. We cannot move funds, initiate payments, or make any changes to your accounts.

By connecting an account through Plaid, you agree that Plaid may collect, use, and share your information in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it to understand Plaid’s role.

Disconnecting is easy. You can unlink an account at any time by contacting us at [email protected], through your financial institution’s connected-apps settings, or through the Plaid Portal at my.plaid.com. When you disconnect, we promptly revoke our access to that account.

Section 04

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and schedule calls with our team
  • Verify accredited investor status under SEC Rule 506(c)
  • Process subscriptions and manage your investment if you become an investor
  • Maintain your books and financial records — categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, and generating the statements and dashboard available to you
  • Send relevant communications about our offerings — only when you’ve asked to hear from us
  • Improve our website and the services we offer
  • Meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

Some transaction categorization is performed by trusted service providers using automated and AI-assisted processing, under confidentiality obligations and only for the purposes described here.

“We don’t sell your personal or financial information. Period.”

Section 05

When We Share It

We share information only when necessary, and only with parties who need it. We do not sell your personal or financial information, and we do not use it for advertising.

  • Service providers — trusted vendors who help us operate, each acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: Plaid (account connectivity), Cloudflare (secure hosting and infrastructure), GitHub (website and content hosting), Google Workspace (business email and productivity), and Anthropic (AI-assisted transaction categorization), along with accreditation-verification services, custodians, and accounting firms.
  • Your professional advisors — such as your CPA, when you direct us to share with them.
  • Affiliated entities — within the Grand Vision family of companies, where doing so helps us serve you better.
  • Legal and regulatory requirements — when required by law, court order, or by securities regulators.
  • Business transactions — if we ever merge, sell, or restructure, your information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this policy.

Plaid’s own collection and processing of your information is described in the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

Section 06

Cookies & Website Data

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. Most browsers let you control or disable cookies in your settings. If you disable them, parts of the site may not work as intended.

We don’t use cookies for targeted advertising.

Section 07

Your Choices & Rights

You can:

  • Disconnect a linked financial account at any time, which revokes our access — see Your Financial Accounts & Plaid
  • Update or correct your information by contacting us
  • Unsubscribe from email communications using the link in any message
  • Request a copy of the personal information we have about you, or ask us to delete it — subject to legal recordkeeping rules that may apply to investors

To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We’ll honor verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, except where retention is legally required. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Section 08

Data Security & Retention

We use strong technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or better and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege controls, with phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication and a zero-trust architecture in front of administrative systems. No system is ever 100% secure, but we work hard to maintain appropriate safeguards, and our security program is reviewed regularly.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above — or longer where required by law. We generally retain financial books and records for seven years, consistent with financial recordkeeping requirements and SEC rules for investors. When we no longer need your information, we dispose of it securely.

This website and our services are intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Section 09

Changes & Questions

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we review it at least annually. The effective date above will be updated whenever we make material changes, which we’ll post on this page.
