Meet the Radkes

Keith and his family call the Dallas-Fort Worth area home. With his wife, Casie, they have three amazing kids. When he's not working, Keith loves golfing and traveling with his family.

Keith started his career flipping properties and acquiring rentals before founding Radke Appraisal Group in 2003. Through thousands of residential and commercial appraisals with some of the country's largest lenders, he built a deep understanding of the financial side of real estate — the kind of understanding that only comes from doing the work from the ground up.

As CIO of the GV Wealth Fund, Keith brings that hands-on expertise to every acquisition — targeting investments that minimize risk while generating the greatest returns and helping investors take advantage of the larger returns that come from passively investing in multi-family deals.
